Podcast Plugtime – Peace Bound and Down: A Wonder Woman Podcast

Hola! I’ve been a fan of Wonder Woman since I was knee-high to a kanga, so it was a treat to be invited by Sean to guest host an episode of his podcast looking at Diana down the years. We chatted about the early issue of George Perez’s lauded post-Crisis run in which classic enemy The Cheetah is re-reimagined.

As well as the fun of blood rituals and joy of a well-choreographed fight scene, we swap answers to secret questions. What questions? Give us a listen and find out. And what’s the Bronze Age cover below got to do with anything?

You can find the new episode of Sean’s show at this link, and I also recommend the earlier episodes for any fan of the Amazing Amazon. Please feel free to leave a comment on the Fire and Water Network post for the episode.

  1. Love me that Bronze Age cover! I miss that version of Cheetah. I miss the Barbara Minerva version that Perez introduced. I’d like to see more of that version of the character at some point.

  2. I Think Aubri Ibrag, Meg Bellamy, Annie Shapero, Freya Mavor, Elizabeth Debicki would all be great choice as Wonder Woman/Princess Diana of Themyscira In James Gunn Reboot DCEU
